I am seeking re-election to the role of DWP Assistant Group Secretary. I have been honoured to be elected to the DWP Group officer. I have been an active  member and Rep in PCS since 2007 in two departmental Groups DWP and HMRC and Serve on both Group executive committees. Locally in my branch, NW  region and DWP Group I am an active rep,  I lead industrial relations meetings in Universal Credit and  Work &  Health directive in my branch. 

I’ve a worked as a UC case manager and work coach and understand the day to day issues on members face. 

As AGS I have strongly challenged management on the issues members are raising. Making sure our members voices are heard.

I’m also sit on the committee member on national North west regional committee. 

I’m passionate about equality issues and protecting the most vulnerable people in our society. 

I strongly challenge management on work based changes and decisions. Striving for a better and more accessible workplace for all.
